Change in terms

Below are amendments to your Visa Credit Card Agreement terms. Please take a moment to read this information and keep it for your records.

Late fee
Currently	After July 19, 2009
5% of minimum payment; minimum $5.00, maximum $25.00.	5% of minimum payment plus any past due amount; minimum $5.00, maximum $25.00.

Due date
Currently	After July 19, 2009
Each month you must pay at least the minimum payment shown on your statement by the 15th of the following month.	Each month you must pay at least the minimum payment shown on your statement by the date specified on the statement or no later than twenty-five (25) days from the statement closing date.
