Please read this page carefully. It contains some very important information you need to know such as changes to your payment due date, Visa account number and a change in how we calculate late fees.

Payment date	Payments were due on the 15th of each month.	Payment dates fluctuate. Please see the payment due date calendar for specific due dates.
Late fee calculation	5% of minimum payment; minimum $5.00, maximum $25.00.	5% of minimum payment plus any past due amount; minimum $5.00, maximum $25.00.
Credit card account number	You had a ten-digit account number.	You now have a new 16-digit account number, which is different than your card number.
Visa Rewards base airline ticket points redemption*	25,000 points with a maximum ticket value of $300 for travel in the 48 contiguous states.	30,000 points with a maximum ticket value of $465 for travel in the 48 contiguous states.

Payment due date
Before construction, your payment due date was always the 15th of the month. Now, your payment due date is 25 days after the statement close date which fluctuates each month. Please see the payment calendar for a list of payment due dates from August-December 2009.

Late fee calculation
Previously, our credit card late payment fee was 5% of your minimum payment due with a minimum charge of $5 and a maximum of $25. Now, our credit card late payment fee is 5% of your minimum payment plus any past due amount with a minimum charge of $5 and a maximum of $25. Please see the change in terms section for important information.

Credit card account number
Your credit card account number has changed. Your credit card account number is different than the actual 16-digit card number printed on your credit card. Your card number hasn't changed, but your account number has changed. For your privacy and security, we report your account number on your statement and to credit bureaus, not your credit card number.

Visa Rewards airline ticket options*
Prior to construction, the base airline ticket redemption was 25,000 points with a maximum ticket price of $300. The base airline ticket redemption has now increased from 25,000 to 30,000 points. Visa Rewards gift card options*
Previously, our Visa Rewards program offered multiple gift card options and card amounts. This can increase the cost of our Rewards program, which means it makes it more difficult for us to provide competitively priced options. Today, you’ll find a reduced number of gift card options available; however, we’ve examined our members’ redemption history carefully and retained the most popular offerings.
