We’re very excited to introduce some new program features that’ll enhance your Visa credit card experience.

Payment due date/grace date Previously, the grace date to avoid purchase finance charges was 25 days after the Visa credit card statement close date, which didn't correspond with the payment due date. Under our new program, the grace date and payment due date are exactly the same so you always know when to make your payment and avoid finance charges.
Immediate access to available balance Prior to construction, when you made a payment in Online Banking, your available balance didn't increase until your payment was processed. With our new program, as soon as you make your payment in Online Banking, your available balance will increase immediately. Please note: Your payment won’t reflect in your Online Banking balance until it’s processed, but your credit line will be immediately available.
Visa credit card member service Previously, you could access your Visa credit card account information 24/7 through Phone Banking, but "live" member service representatives were only available during our regular business hours. Now, you have access to "live" member service representatives 24/7.
Visa rewards points viewing* Prior to construction, we sent you a monthly Visa credit card statement and a quarterly Visa Rewards statement. Under our new program, you’ll receive one monthly statement that includes both your Visa credit card information and your Visa Rewards point activity.
New Visa Rewards options* You now have even more Rewards options. Choose from expanded electronics, recreational, home and personal selections. Plus, there’s even more travel options including experiential travel rewards such as a Kenya Safari, an ATV Tour or a MLB All-Star experience.
Visa Rewards website* We’ve launched a brand new First Tech Rewards website. Check it out at rewards.firsttechcu.com.
